(An-Nahl) 16 : 85
وَإِذَا رَأَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا الْعَذَابَ فَلَا يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُنْظَرُونَ

And when those who wronged see the punishment, it will not be lightened for them, nor will they be given respite.

It is told in verses 40: 47-50: “When Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are quarreling in the Fire, the weaklings among them will tell the hypocrites: ‘Indeed, we were following you, then are you able to reduce a portion from the Fire for us?’ The hypocrites will reply: ‘Indeed, we, all are in it, indeed Lord has judged among His servants’. And inmates of the Fire will ask the keepers of Hell (Angels): ‘You appeal to your Lord to lighten a day of the punishment from us’. Then Angels will ask: ‘Hadn’t Messengers come to you with Explanations?’ Inmates will reply: ‘Of course, they had’. Then the Angels will say: ‘Then you appeal, and the prayer of Kafirs increases nothing except astray’”. It is told in verses 21: 14 and 21: 97 that the Fujjar will witness against their soul at the time of their death that indeed, they were the wrongdoers. See explanation 7: 40-41; 10: 106 and 11: 18-19.
